The Cotton Groves
–Cotton Groves is an affordable housing community built entirely with re-purposed shipping containers located in McKinney, Texas. The development is a collaborative effort, lead by Habitat for Humanity of Collin County along with the innovative expertise of the team at JDL Group, the City of McKinney, it’s Community Development Corporation (MCDC) and a host of other public / private organizations.
